Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 31, 2026. Please read our operational agreements, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and project terms prior to contracting development scopes with us.

1. Engagement & SLA Frameworks

All developments, integrations (AI/IoT), and customized software designs are performed in alignment with specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or customized project outlines selected by the client. Monthly support SLA plans are billed recurringly and entitle the client to dedicated developer assistance hours and priority group notifications.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon complete fee payment reconciliations, all customized web applications, mobile codeblocks (Flutter), and embedded software compiled for a project are completely owned by the client. Young Tech preserves standard operational engineering templates and libraries leveraged to establish the framework foundations.

3. Client Responsibility & Materials

The client guarantees that all media assets, brand images, specific catalog coordinates, and data provided to Young Tech to populate applications (such as Amman Bakery items or Lions Gym catalogs) do not violate third-party copyright laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we design all systems utilizing top-tier data security structures (AWS/Firebase), Young Tech does not assume liability for temporary digital interruptions or database leaks occurring due to parameters outside our direct control, such as provider network failures.

5. Governing Law

These terms of service and SLA covenants are governed by the local laws of the State of Tamil Nadu, India. Any contract disputes will be addressed under the exclusive jurisdiction of the regional courts of Erode.
